Need to show all incident that have the word called ‘Referred’ inside of the general audit log description.

Hi Team,

I’m looking to create a report to show me all incident that has the word called ‘Referred’ inside of the general audit log description, would I be correct in assuming this would come under transactions.description?

I currently have a filter out on a report for transactions.description EQUALS ‘Referred’ and am not returning any results. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
