I understand there is no way to date to download multiple files at the same time once you have manually select them, using the folder syn application is not an option for the needs of my team, so the only way we see is to develop an in house application using the REST API to get this multiple files download to work.

I've seen this is feature has been requested in July 2019 (Doc ID 2039240.1) and it hasn't been done therefore:

 

is this possible to do through the API? giving the directory as parameter and list and get the document Id for all the items and download them all?
