I need a webservice for exporting and importing business object data

Content

Is there a webservice for exporting and importing the pipe delimited ".dat" Business object data?

I need to automate the migration of specific business object data (i.e. Worker, Fast Formula, etc.) from one Environment to another but currently i could not find any webservice that can do that.
