Contact Login Activity
SummaryI am looking for a report that would detail the login activity for contacts that would be used in a number of different ways.
- A version of this could be used to locate contacts who have not logged into the Customer Portal in X number of Days/Months, and then you could proactively disable these users.
- We occasionally will have an org that requests the Customer Portal User History for one of their contacts. So, a version of this report could be used for Auditing a contact from a usage and privacy standpoint, where we could see which pages they visited while they were logged in, which incidents that they have they been updating, Answers that they have looked at, etc.
