We need to build a BI Publisher report in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM that shall source data from Fusion cloud database and also some external data. Is there a way to

use Oracle's DBCS/DBAAS for the same. Or is there a way to load a flat file to Oracle Fusion cloud UCM that shall be used for sourcing the external data for reporting.
