We need to show only customized sub tab when the SR channel type for email and be hidden when channel type anything other so if we can do that condition and how we can do that we already created sub tab and has related to service request object now we need to be shown only with channel type email and phone  and other wise be hidden with other types (chat ,web)

this is our scenario so if we can do that customization for the sub tab and how can do that
