We need to change the timecard status to Paid



I’m implementing Time and Labor and I have a question about the integration between T&L and third-party payroll.

Our approach is: after the manager approves the time card, an HCM Extract process extracts the time cards in status Approved and send it to payroll once a week. The question is what happens after that? How can we know if the third-party payroll was able to make the payment?

Is there any way to change the timecard status? for example, change the status to Paid when effectively was made the payment, maybe using HDL or something similar
