I would appreciate any help on this issue

I have a requirement to pull in an employees home email address and found that I can't use the Subject areas because I can't just filter on Home Email Address since not everyone has one. A solution was suggested to use a left outer join. Unfortunately I can't get that far 

I started to build my SQL but I get an error every time. If I run the query without the wrapper for selecting A.s_4, the query runs fine. It's only when I add the wrapper. I have tried other queries with no issues but this one always fails.
