Conditional Based values to be populated on Expense page

We have requirement to customize the Expense Entry page based on the Type selected.

Requirement :

1) When the "Type" LOV is selected as "Telecom Subsidy'

2) Default 1.50 USD in the "Daily Amount" field.

3) Make the "Daily Amount" field Un-editable. 

 

Provided the image of the Expense screen shot, and we need to achieve Page Composer to do the same.
