Personal Expenses in Credit Cards in Expense Module

How are the personal expenses processed thru Oracle when on a credit card transaction

Hello:

We are in the process of setting up the Expense module in Oracle Fusion, and would like to know how the system processes personal expenses owed from an employee on a credit card transactions.  We have the itemize button setup and box for personal expenses and wanted to know if the system creates an AR transaction from it or how the system tracks when the amount due back to Company has been paid.
