Hi,
We have a requirement to extract the data from Payroll after payrolls are processed. We need to know , what should be right step to extract the data so that user should not able to change or rollback the payroll. We understand there are two processes needs to run after payroll is calculated.
1) Transfer to Subledger Accounting
2) Creating accounting
I see there are accounting date column is available in database for Payroll tables (PAY_XLA_EVENTS,PAY_XLA_PAYMENT_COSTS_V)
Can we safely say that if accounting_date column has value it means the create accounting process has run and user will not be able to do any changes in Payroll data or rollback the payroll data.
