Adding a Wildcard function to a Report Definition Formula

edited Jun 1, 2020 9:32PM in Reporting & Analytics for B2C Service 2 comments

Summary

I'm wanting to use an if statement in a report to search the subject title for a key word such as 'Accepted' and to return a custom value for this. Is it possible to add this kind of wildcard?

Hi all,

We currently have a learning platform which will automatically email via outlook an invitation to a learning course. When the employee responds either accepting or declining the learning invitation, the responding email come through our Service Cloud platform so the admins can book the courses/respond etc. The response email source will be from the email of the employee accepting and the subject title will always have "Accepted - *course name*", "Declined - *course name*" as the title.

Howdy, Stranger!
