Can we define security based on Attributes defined for entity dimension?

Summary

Requirement is to define user based security based on entity attributes, if I selected the region entity hierarchy where I want to give access to only the entities where attribute tagged as "STORE"

Is it possible in EPBCS to define entity dimension security using attributes?  or

Any way by using Groovy/REST API's to define/restrict access?
