Please Fix the Journal Entry FBDI - Ledger ID OR Ledger Name are required

Summary

GL Journals FBDI is not clear - it indicates that Ledger ID is required when in fact it is optional, customers can use / populate Ledger Name column

FBDI as documented creates confusion between functional and technical teams. Ledger name can be populated without ledger ID and the FBDI will work just fine.
