Our healthcare organization went live on Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM, Finance and HR on 1/1/19, with the assistance of a third party implementation consultant.  The implementation consultant set up all transfer to costing (inventory, receiving, etc) jobs to run once each day beginning a few minutes after 12 midnight each day.  We are a 24X7X365 operation, with PO receiving of both inventory and non-inventory items occurring during both our first and third shifts.  Inventory issues occur during all shifts.  During a recent month, PO lines received a few minutes before midnight on the last day of the month did not correctly populate
