Automatic Stock Replenishment - Cloud?

What is the best way or method to configure automatic replenishment if inventory items (Stock)

Hi Guys, 

 

On EBS, we have a customer who was min-max planning configured for their inventory items. We've configured it for certain items that when they reach a certain level, the system generates a purchase requisition so that the stock can be replenished via a supplier. 

What i'm looking for is a cloud based option which will achieve the same thing. I.e. replenish stock (in the form of a purchase requisition) automatically when the item reaches a certain level, e.g. 0.
