Move columns in AP Invoice line level

User wants to move the columns in AP Invoice line level according to there convenient and save the view. So if user open the AP invoice lines next time, it should display only those fields out of all fields.

I tried all possible options but didn't find any clue. Two fields are very important fields , both are in other different corners & there might be chances, user might miss to update this field so they are expecting next to the field.

Or  is it possible to make second field as mandatory, based on first field through sand box. Customer is expecting either of the options. If i enter WHT tax code and Product Category field should be mandatory as WHT tax certificate won't print if I don't fill these field.
