Ho to fetch list of all custom reports from cloud instance (Oracle Cloud SaaS).

I know how to fetch them from BIP Adminitration/ Manage Catalog Captions/Export Catalogs where we can fetch the list of all reports by providing the path. it will fetch all the list but every time when a new report is added we need to extract them again.

Is there is way to built a BIP report to extract all the reports.?

bipublisher_v will pull only BiP reports it will not pull OTBI reports, i am thinking because of data source is audit.
