Hi All, 

We have an issue relating to the database time being on UTC, where our current local time is BST, though I imagine this issue would be more prevalent for users on timezones completely different to UTC.

I'm comfortable with why this is the case, as per the published Oracle doc - Doc ID 2269671.1

Fortunately, most of the time, this is fine as UTC and GMT match. However, whenever we are on BST, we have a 1 hour difference between the time displayed within the UI, and the time held on the database.
