Hi - We have below Requirement:

Requirement - When a PO backed by a Requisition is Rejected during the approval or Cancelled after approval, The Requester of the Requisition must receive an FYI notification for the same. But when the PO is approved, the requester must not receive any notification.

 

Analysis - We have two tasks in BPM "DocumentOpenFyi" and DocumentRejectedFyi".
DocumentOpenFyi -  When this task is enabled (Ignore participant is not checked), The requestor along with the buyer gets the below two notification:

-->Document (Purchase order) ABC (Requisition REQ) Implemented. -- When PO is approved.
