We need to display the Date and Time as per the User Regional Settings. We need to know how to use the XDODEFDATE and XDODEFTIME in Excel Template

Our Requirement is to display the Current Date and Time based on the setting in the Set Preferences > Regional . In the RTF Template we are able to use the XDODEFDATE and XDODEFTIME. We are getting the excepted results in the Output.

We need to do the same code in Excel based Template. We are unable to achieve this. Can anyone specify if this option is supported in Excel Template. If not, what are the workarounds available ?
