Is there a way to insert real time reporting into a website?

Hi.

I have a new hire report that goes out to specific people each morning around 1-2 am.  While this report is great....information within it can dated pretty fast.

Is there a way to insert real time reporting within a website (SharePoint, Jira, etc.)?

If not, are there other work arounds so the people on this report can run it for an updated version (i don't want to give them Admin. rights or change any of the perimeters on the report)?
