Is there additional information about this 20D new feature?

I have been searching for additional information about how to implement this new feature and am not finding anything.  Is this something that can be used with CMK invoices coming in through OBN or not?  What types of electronic invoices can this be used for?

Any additional details (or a link to such) would be appreciated.
