I work in the Value Realization team. Oracle’s Value Realization program is designed to engage with our cloud customers throughout their cloud journey to ensure that they are achieving the maximum value from their cloud solutions. This includes providing insights and best practices to help the customers achieve the full potential of cloud investments, as well as quantifying and communicating the value customers experience. 

We talk to the customers who have implemented CX Commerce Cloud at their end. So, we interview the customers after a few months of their Go-Live to understand their value derived post the implementation. To facilitate such interviews, we are looking for a list of KPIs to capture them and share the same as a summary report with the stakeholders so they can understand where they stand in adopting our cloud solution.
