Split Distributions by % results in lines and distributions not balancing

Summary

When a PO line distribution is split and the calculation is not evenly divisible, the calculation is not accurate causing the PO distrib total to not match the Line total.

When an ordered item on a PO has a split distribution, but the amount is not evenly divisible, the calculation of the distributed amount results in an incorrect total compared to the amount ordered on the PO Lines. 

Example: 

Quantity ordered = 1
Price = $195.99
Split = 50% ($97.995)

Distribution 1 = $98
Distribution 2 = $98
Total of the distributions = $196.00

The total of the lines = $195.99
The total of the Distributions = $196.00
The PO Total = $196.00

On the Requisition, Distribution 1 = $99.00 and Distribution 2 = $97.99.  So the Line, Distributions and Header total all are $196.99.
