How to combine multiple transactions: Count incidents routed when not solved at the same time

Report showing destination queue by agent when status was not solved


I have a report that shows the number of incidents each agent has routed to specific queues but I really want to exclude those incidents where the agent set status as solved at the same time as the queue changed.

I have tried a bunch of different ways, after going through a bunch of posts here in the community but I am still not able to exclude those incidents.

So I turn to you  Hopefully, someone can help me crack the code for the report.
