Error on Formula Validation: Dimension Signature Mismatch in function on line

Summary

Formula fails to validate in TEST environment, but validated in PROD environment

Formula is defined as:

[Adjustment In] := ([Balance], [Rule], [Functional_Reporting]) / ([MGMT_None], [Input], [AC_MachineHours], [NoRule], [AT_None], [Functional_Reporting], [Direct_Input])

I get the following error:

Warning: Rule cannot be enabled because it has failed Validations: The validation failures are as follows: Error: Dimension signature mismatch in function [CROSSJOIN] in line [1]

Not sure how to resolve, the cube (Database) was deployed (and even recreated) and still get the error.
