multi language career section - one branding file

For those that have a career section setup for more than one language (one career section just toggle between languages) are you able to have one branding file that can display the English version on the English language site and German (2nd lang) verbiage on the German language site?  If so what in the branding file is the key for the career section to know which code goes on which language site?  Right now our branding file doesn’t specify anything about language difference and when applied to the career section the branding file is only showing up on our Primary language (English) site.  If you are a multi language career section organization I would love to hear how you are dealing with branding for your multi languages.  I suppose the secondary option would be two career sections, one just for English
