Redwood Theme Significantly slows envrionment

At the start of day yesterday we switched our theme to Redwood in order to prepare for the February patch that will allow multiple tabs. Since that switch the environment slowed down so we couldn't open hierarchies, menus etc. The entire system got bogged down to an unusable level.

We did not have the issue Monday (day prior to the theme switch). We had the issue this morning, so I switched the theme back to our original theme (Autumn Red). Since then, the environment is back to normal speed.

Given a major quality of life patch is coming next month that is only valid for Redwood (the multi-tabs), this performance degradation is disappointing.
