Enabled one custom field in Setup and Published

Content

Enabled one new custom field which was created in Asset object in Setup tab of Configure Adaptive Search task. After that, clicked on Publish from the Action button. The job got published and for some time it was in RUNNING status then it went to PAUSED status. It has been long time now and it's still in PAUSED status.

What to do now to get it success?
