Need Minimum Order Quantity enforced for Manually Created POs

Suppliers have a minimum order quantity which we need to enforce, and there is no functionality to support this for manual POs

Business Case:

A supplier enforces MOQs on certain items, and if a PO needs to be created manually, we cannot send a PO under the required MOQ enforced by the supplier. There should be this basic MOQ functionality for POs.

We understand the minimum order quantity available in planning, but that doesn't solve the issue on manually created POs.

We thought of one possible work around, but there are still flaws with it:
