Remove "Contains" Search Operator from a Custom Field in Advanced Search

We are updating our Saved Searches for Leads, and we have a custom field that we want to include in the Advanced Search as a search criterion. In the dropdown, it includes the following search operators:

- Starts with

- Equals

- Contains

We want to remove the "Contains" search operator from the dropdown because it does not seem applicable to our custom field. Is that possible?
