Employee can record leave more than current accrual balance based on projected accrual balance for next calendar year

Content

Hi All,

Noticed this feature where an employee can record future leave more than the current accrual balance for next calendar year, and this system is allowing based on projected balance for next calendar year, this is an interesting functionality but it may create confusion from the HR perspective.

Ex - Mr. M is having 10 days accrual balance with a balance calculation date - 31-Dec-2021, start data - 23-Dec-2021, and end date - 15-Jan-2021: duration - 22 days, as on current date employee is holding an accrual balance of 10 days, but the system allows this transaction considering the projected balance of 15 accrual days for next calendar year.

Howdy, Stranger!
