Adding/modifying bank accounts through csv file

Bank Accounts created by Rapid Implementation spreadsheet are available to all Business Units. To work around this, I am trying to use the csv file from set up and maintenance (set up task -> actions button -> export to csv) and import it back. However, I keep getting errors. Has anyone used this method to modify the bank account BUs?
