Initiatives Expiration and Renewals

How to achieve renewal period that begins after expiration window

Content

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to configure a regulatory compliance initiative that is used for annual training. Setup is something like this:

  • Create initiative at course level
  • Create offerings for each year
  • Learner is assigned the course level but chooses the offering themselves
  • Expiration of course assignment is 12/31 each year

What I can't figure out is how to achieve a renewal period that begins after the expiration happens. In this case, expiration is 12/31/21 and renewal begins on 4/1/22 at the course level where the learner would, again, choose the proper offering for that year.

Howdy, Stranger!
