Anyone know how to deep link to a specific enrollment on a designer page?

Trying to create a deep link that would take users to the enrollment page in the designer pages

Has anyone had success in creating a deep link to a specific enrollment in a designer page? I can do it in the old pages but can't quite get there on the designer pages. 

I have a screenshot attached of the page I'm trying to reach. 

http://westfield.learn.com/Page/8  takes me to the search screen. If I include the extra numbers to the right of this, is that my session ID?

Any help greatly appreciated.
