HR Queue Assignment Changes Automated
SummaryCan the Queue Assignment be Changed automatically from Q1 to Q2 automatically when the criteria for Q2 is met
Our auto assign rules assign all the service requests to Q1. We then have a critieria defined based on the creation date to be automatically assigned from Q1 to Q2 after 48 hours from the time SR is created and then to Q3 after 5 days from the time SR is created. The initial Q1 auto assign is working as expected but the change from Q1 to Q2 is not getting updated automatically based on the assignment rules.
Is there any seeded solution or a work around to acheive this?
