Extra usage is adding in party usage subtab after merge process how to remove it

when i run a merge process for Customer and transactional account as per rules customer type is selected as master and survived in merge process, but in Organizations>party usages subtab , showing both customer and transaction values in two lines where as only customer should present. is this expected behavior. can someone help me how to remove extra usage.
