Adding Required Proficiency Level for each Competency

Is it possible to add Required Proficiency Level for each Competency at Skills and Qualification pageContent
Hi All,
We would like to add competencies for Employees and mention what is the required Competency that they should achive. While adding Compentencies, we can see the field Required Proficiency Level which is read only for us and I am unable to make it editable(tried using Page Composer and Design Studio). If we could use this field, we could capture what is the required level of Competency that is expected for each employee based on thier Grade and Position.
But as it is non editable, I am unable to use it. Is there any way we can use this field or acheive this functionality?
