Organization Tree used in Learning Cloud set up

edited Aug 4, 2021 1:45PM in Learning

Summary

Can we use an Org Tree that was created for Recruit in Learning Cloud?

Content

Hi there,

On the current project (a university) we are implementing Learning Cloud. We will not use AOR, all Learning Providers (all departments that are learning content owners) should see all learners and all content.

There is a requirement that when selecting learners, the Learning providers to be able to filter through a global list with employees regardless of where they are employed.

The university had 4 legal entities out of which 3 are also employers and they 4 Department Trees build.

If you use the Department tree in our overall Learning Setup, we would not meet our requirement for them to be able to search in the total list with employees.

Howdy, Stranger!
