Table Type Value Set character limitation

Hello Experts,

As a part of HCM Data loader formula we had created a table type value set which used to return a pipe delimited series of column values from different Fusion tables (SSN, Name, EIT etc.) together. Oflate we are noticing that the value set is not returning data in certain cases although if the Value set query is being executed with same parameters, we are seeing expected data.
We had used pay_ff_functions.gvs functions as well, but even they are returning null values in certain scenarios.
We are aware that the From/Description/ID/Value fields in a table type value set has a maximum character limit of some 240 characters.

Howdy, Stranger!
