Configuration steps to set up Areas of Responsibility (AOR) for document upload

Summary:

Hi! We'd like to implement a new document type where based on the employee's AOR they would be able to upload and access documents. For example, for the business unit of Trial, they would only be able to upload the document for those in their respective AOR based on supervisory hierarchy.

Content (required):

In following the configuration document, I was able to create a new AOR and assign to users in our test environment. However, when going through UAT, there were several issues. The document type not appearing for the user and the user not being able to see their respective employees based on AOR. If anyone could share their steps or schedule time to review my configuration that would be greatly appreciated.

Howdy, Stranger!
