Task Manager, Workflow Issue

Summary:

Hello, 

I have some issues with the workflow in Task Manager. 

We solved the issue that any user in the workflow can submit the task, with a rule of "prevent submit" and the condition "role has to be equal to Assignee"

But I have a second issue, I need different levels of approvers, but the same user can approval the two levels and I don't manage to solve this. Any idea?? It would be realy helpful any idea!!

I searched and I dont found more information about the approvals in Task Manager or Rules in Task Manager. This is a big issue for our client, and really needs levels of approvers
