How to Pull Document of Record Workflow Status in OTBI
Summary:
We are using Document Records to administer our tuition reimbursement program. Our program administrator would like the ability to pull a report from OTBI for these two document record types that shows the status of all document records (submitted, rejected, approved, request additional information , escalated, delegated, which are driven from the options shown in the actions tab once the document has been submitted and is routing in the workflow.)
Does anyone know how to get the workflow status of a Document Record to pull into an OTBI report?

Currently, in OTBI the field for Document Status is not pulling in any data for any document record type, not just our two tuition reimbursement related document records.
