How to make the response images in the questionnaires visible

Hello Guys,

We would put some answer to a question like images, We use the response type: Radio Button with image and insert a short description. But, when the candidate receive the questionnaire and he try to answer, He doesn't see the images (How you can see i the screenshots), there are some workaround in order to solve the problem?

We would also want to leave some answer without short description, but the system shows an error message and for this reason we use the "." like a work around. Is there a way to solve also this issue?
