Payroll Time Type list of values are not coming up in time card responsive UI

in Workforce Management

Summary: I have created a Regular (Standard Earnings) element under CA Legislative Data group with Hours*Rate as mandatory. And submitted a program "Create Time Card Calculation Components" from payroll check list -> Submit a flow

And submitted "Generate Data Dictionary Time Attributes" process also. Am able to see the payroll time values while adding time entry layout components. But the same values whatever added in time entry layout components under payroll time type those are not coming up in time card while submitting.

LDG: CA

Values added in time entry layout components under payroll time type: Dummy & Regular CA
