Load new database values from an integration into current view without a workspace refresh

Sometimes we need to display data in real time obtained from integrations performed in the backend by systems such as Oracle Integration Cloud. In those cases it is necessary to refresh the workspace to show data that have been updated in the database after having loaded it on screen, until now.

With this BUI extension it is possible to define the fields that we want to monitor and when detecting a change in the database (by integration with Intelligent Advisor) display the new data without having to reload/refresh the workspace.

Flow:

Agent fills some fields, BUI Extension saves data and monitor changes in database, when key fields change their values because of an integration (OIC + Intelligent Advisor) this BUI Extension updates the value of these fields in the current workspace.
