Viewing Additional Compensation Multiple Assignments
We are a college that has employee's with multiple assignments. For example we have Staff that also teach part-time for the college. They are paid by the course and that compensation is added to their Faculty assignment and not their Staff assignment (due to retirement systems).
If a dual role employee, this is what we call employee's that are Staff and Part-Time Faculty want to view their compensation for their Part-Time Faculty Assignment under My Compensation it only shows their Primary assignment salary and any compensation for that assignment. Currently I see no option that they can switch between assignments under this screen to view the compensation associate to their other assignment.
