Is it possible to create a promotion with two-level deep quantifier/condition ?

I want to create a custom promotion to be applied to the items when configurators items are added to the cart ( related items of a product ). After having the condition to select a 'X' collection, I need to check if user added the configuration items of a product under that collection ( Hierarchy: X -> A product -> Its configurator item ). Is it feasible to create such promotion ?
