HDL or HCML for adjusting balances

Does anyone have an example HDL or spreadsheet loader for loading additional absence reasons as adjustments?

We will run the accrual process at the end of the holiday year (March) but will need to add buy back, purchased and additional carry over leave, plus bank holidays to over 1000 employees.

In the past, the team have manually adjusted these but there must be an HDL which will let us do this? The absence reason is the field required.

When loaded, does this automatically adjust the balance or does the accrual process need to be re-run?
